Wayne ParkerWayne Parker is an insurance executive making his third attempt to represent north Alabama in the halls of the U.S. House of Representatives. In 1994 he came within about 2,000 votes of unseating Bud Cramer. His father-in-law is former Texas congressman Bill Archer.
