The place looks kinda weird. Doesn’t exactly blend into the surroundings. I think I’ll hang on to my $2,375,000 and keep looking. I hear Mark Gottfried has a little home for sale in Tuscaloosa.
For that tidy sum, or perhaps less, you could probably get all 3 Lake Martin houses that my younger daughter and her husband own. If you can’t afford to buy, maybe you can afford to rent for a weekend or a week or so.
