		<description>I am sure Miss America (Nancy P) and her droogies would be amenable to an amendment that just requires all elections for public office use paper ballots and that all of those ballots be scanned and posted on the Internet.  It is the same thing they want to do with the so-called &quot;Employee Free Choice Act&quot;.</description>
