Obama’s aunt is an illegal immigrant
Barack Obama’s aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.
Not only is his aunt – his own blood relative – an illegal immigrant, but she’s receiving taxpayer assistance to live in a public housing project. I must say I am impressed with Obama’s nerve. He is willing to stand up day after day after day and demand that rich people – a group he belongs to – involuntarily give more so that it can be passed along to others against their wishes while he chooses not to voluntarily give to his own aunt who lives in public housing.
Oh, and his illegal immigrant aunt has also illegally contributed $260 to Obama’s campaign. According to the FEC:
Foreign nationals are prohibited from making any contributions or expenditures in connection with any election in the U.S. Please note, however, that “green card” holders (i.e., individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S.) are not considered foreign nationals and, as a result, may contribute.
I wonder how Obama would protect our borders when he can’t even keep his own family from coming here illegally.
READ AROUND. He was not aware of her being in the United States, and he has said all laws should be followed in result of this situation.

To me this all sound like lies. How would your not know that your aunt was an illegel immigrant. Most people know alot about their family members. Obama is just trying to cover himself until after the elections. I am tired of all these lies. His aunt should be fined so much money.

Howard, considering that at least half of what you posted is not true, forgive me if I throw out your entire comment as complete nonsense. The State of Hawaii came out today saying that yes, they do have Obama’s original certificate of birth, for one.

Particularly, I find it odd that the AP would release a story that they could not confirm was true. They stated twice in their own article that the government was not allowed to comment on individual cases. Then they state in their article that they find it odd that a woman would be able to qualify for public housing with such a questionable immigration status. Finally, they state (in their words) that “the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release.” Information which just HAPPENED to be released within days of the election…
This doesn’t seem fishy to you?
What’s the real story here? Convenient for the GOP – spread a lie, then block folks from learning the true state of affairs.

Didn’t know she was here illegally? Come one, “auntie” was prominently featured in Brobama’s memoir. Gimme a break – this guy lies more than Clinton did and will be far worse for the nation.
Scary thought is that some of the Squad’s members will be executive branch appointees or cadre in the Civilian National Security Corps or whatever he will call it.
Johnny, if you’d read the book, you’d know she got a brief mention and not a detailed biography.
His father walked out on him and his mother when he was still very young. He was raised a world away from Kenya, where the rest of his paternal family lives. OF COURSE he’s not close to these people! And if Immigration can’t discuss individual cases, how exactly is he supposed to be aware of her status IF in fact she is even here illegally to begin with? If someone provides requested documentation, there’s little else you can do.
What I’m surprised to here about is that foreign nationals are prohibited from contributing to political candidates.
