AL-05 candidate Cheryl Baswell Guthrie is fending off not one, but two lawsuits in local courts according to WAAY.  One involves a claim by a local marketing firm that Guthrie still owes them $25,000 from her failed bid to win a state senate seat in 2006.  Guthrie has already given her own campaign about a half million dollars this year in the absurd attempt to get whipped by Parker Griffith again.  I hope she still has $25k left to pay off the plaintiffs if they win.
