Cheryl Baswell Guthrie should be stripped of her license! My brother-in-law (against family advice) hired her regarding the estate of a family member. One year later, she has done absolutely nothing except rack up charges. Her office staff is unprofessional putting out documents with mistakes and typographical errors. My brother-in-law is ignorant and she is racking up charges with client who has no means to pay. I am sure that she will probably garnishee his wages or something but he won’t listen. Her office staff is rude and unprofessional as is she. Other attornies are sitting back laughing at her. I had one attorney tell me that she would eventually lose her license and she has had many complaints filed against her. Far as I am concerned she isn’t qualified to be a greeter at Wal-Mart! Her political ads are a joke based on the way she runs her law practice!

First of all, how could we expect this woman to be the voice for us in DC when she can’t even be the voice and fight for clients that hired her to do a job. Not only should this woman be reprimanded from the Bar Association, her campaign should go down in flames. I could bet the money she put into her own campaign came from clients like myself who hired her and paid her to do a job that was not done. I can tell you, her representation was terminated last week and formal complaint filed with Alabama State Bar! There is no way myself or anyone that knows the ordeal I went through with this woman will vote for her, not now, not ever!

To be honest, I’m quite tired of Guthrie’s lies. Mr. Parker, during the debate, told the whole world that he lobbied, and he didn’t hide it. Unfortunately, the debate was not watched by every North Alabamian, so Guthrie could put out these false claims and make them believable. I’m glad Noel and the Parker Campaign are pointing out her lies, and I feel that the Guthrie campaign is just going after Noel to change the argument. The point is SHE TOLD A BOLD FACED LIE to get votes. It doesn’t matter if Noel supports Parker. All that matters is Guthrie told a lie and isn’t facing up to it. I hope that Guthrie comes out with an apology after PARKER WINS THE PRIMARY. I hope that Guthrie’s negative ads don’t help but hurt her.

Secondly, Guthrie lying about her financial support makes me mad. If she only has $60,000 in support, she must have no supporters or backing. The only way she has the money to fund her campaign is because of her deep pockets. I’ve seen numbers that show that Guthrie has put in over $400,000 in her campaign. I hope North Alabamian voters can show that the congressional seat CAN’T BE BOUGHT. VOTE WAYNE PARKER FOR CONGRESS!!!!!!!!!!

Brian, I knew I had heard of Harbers name before when I heard Privett mention him on channel 19 over the weekend…I couldnt place it though. By the way Mr Stokes ran as a pro state income tax republican in a gop state senate primary back in 2004 up in Knoxville against current State Senator Jaime Woodson. Stokes,Ragsdale and former Governor Sundquist are viewed as “RINO’s” by most conservatives in Tennessee because of their questionable spending and efforts to implement a state income tax a few years ago and Harber had a relationship with all three. That says a lot about the kind of republicans he hangs out with.

Back your claims up. Don’t just throw out accusations without any proof or even enough specificity for them to be looked into. In what other business venture did she hire illegal aliens? What “probably illegal” things has she done?

Don’t respond to her obvious lies with your own equally misleading or false claims.

CBG’s dishonest and devious characteristics were apparent well before her entry into the political arena. She has knowingly misinformed her clients in acting as their attorney. She has hired illegal aliens in one of her other business ventures and has gone to great lengths to conceal behaviors that were immoral, unethical, not to mention probably illegal.
