My heart is grieved and angered for a father who could do such a thing to his children. My heart is grieved for those in law enforcement and the divers looking for these little ones. My heart is grieved for these children who are victims of this madness. Mostly, my heart is grieved that there is so little attention paid to individuals and families having problems prior to things like this happening.
