But even if the IRS is eliminated and replaced with nothing as Dr. Paul suggests, surely Mr. Toobin knows that that for the first 125 years of the Republic's existance there was no income tax. He probably also knows that far less than half of FedGov's revenue comes from the income tax. He was either being deliberately deceptive or unintentionally moronic.
