New Wordpress Theme - Firefox Users Please Test!
Posted by BrianI’ve switched to a new Wordpress theme in order to fix some glitches that crept into my previous theme as new versions of Wordpress have been released. The biggest glitch was that some Firefox users were not able to leave comments. I can now successfully leave a comment with Firefox on my PC, but if you don’t mind please give it a shot as well.
Hopefully I’ll be able to tinker with the new theme a bit more in the coming days. Please be patient with any growing pains and don’t hesitate to notify me of bugs.

This comment is made using Firefox v. 1.0.7 (no misprint on version #. LOL).
Don, I’d be interested in knowing if you used earlier versions of Firefox and if the version you are using has worked well. At one point I thought I heard tales about bloat and maybe about it being a memory hog. And in the category of “if ain’t broke don’t fix it,” I never upgraded.

Danny, I browsed with IE exclusively for a long time, but went to some earlier version of Firefox which I can’t recall when I had problems with IE. Since I started using Firefox there have been several updated versions offered and I downloaded each one and have never had any problems with any of them. Speaking of memory hogs, if you can avoid it never, never, never, never — I like Churchill
— get involved with Microsoft Vista. When I had to buy a new PC a few months ago the only ones available in local retail outlets came with Vista installed and I’ve been cursing Bill Gates ever since.

Yeah it seems to be working, but please get rid of the white on black text. It makes my eyes hurt.

My wife had the same complaint about the black background. But Maddox says that white on black is the best!
I’ll probably make the change soon.
