As if there weren’t enough reasons to not vote for Nancy Worley, here’s another!

Officials in DeKalb County say the secretary of state’s office owes their county thousands of dollars in reimbursement for the purchase of new voting machines.

DeKalb is one of about two dozen counties that have not been reimbursed for the purchase of the new voting machines that were to be paid for with federal funds the state received to comply with the federal Help America Vote Act.

Beth Chapman is seizing on this news.

Chapman said the fact that the checks have not been delivered to some counties shows “pure laziness and irresponsibility” by Worley. She said she feels Worley has been slow handing out the money “so she can hand deliver these checks at election time at state expense.”

Worley thinks there is some conspiracy against her.

Worley said she believes the criticism concerning delivery of the checks is politically motivated.

“In my opinion, this is another one of those anti-Nancy political stories,” Worley said.

Right Nancy, and that federal judge who smacked you down was in on the game.
