The Justice Department is investigating claims that blacks in Noxubee County, Mississippi, are suppressing the rights of white people in the county.  Ironically, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which was borne partially in response to events in Mississippi, is being used as the basis for the lawsuit.  It just goes to show that discrimination is a two way street.
